TechCrunch is embarking on a key new job to survey European founders and buyers in metropolitan areas outdoors the significant European capitals.
More than the next several weeks, we will inquire entrepreneurs in these cities to chat about their ecosystems, in their personal words. For this study we are interested in startup hubs in England and Wales. (Scotland will follow, and Northern Ireland is listed here).
